Bacteria like E. coli, Legionella and many other lesser known bacteria are dangerous pathogens that can infest drinking water. In cases of contamination of drinking water systems or swimming pools, customers must wait between two and 14 days for the results of laboratory-based tests being used currently.
|diamond inventics is offering for the first time in history a rapid test system that provides accurate in the field/on-site results in as little as 30 minutes. The diamond inventics on-site diagnostic system is so user friendly and safe that almost any user is able to test anytime and anyplace he suspects a contamination has occurred. Our system has been engineered in such a way that the process is fool proof which ensures that the user will administer the test without error.|
diamond inventics on-site testing system uses an incredibly unique paper-based device to test for bacterial contaminations of drinking water. The diamond inventics system uses a combination of antibody-based pathogen detection and capillary-driven microfluidics . The patent application for this system was filed in 2014 and the first positive audit report was recently received by the University of Potsdam.
An important aspect of our innovation is the easy adaptability of the system. With very few adjustments in the test-device it can be easily altered to test diverse and new product lines for water, air and the food industry.
